Counsellor
Overview:
This section will assist you in adding a counsellor who will assist you in managing respective branches assigned to them. Admitting students,fee collection, managing curriculum and tests are few of the work that can be handled by the counsellors as per the admins request.
Adding counsellors:
You can add counsellors for a particular branch by following these steps
1. Click on Settings option present on the top right corner of the window
2. Select Counsellors from the dropdown option.
3. Click on the Add New Counsellor button.
4. Submit the form with the required details
Field | Is Required | Description |
Name | Yes | Mention the name of the counsellor |
Branch | Yes | Mention the branch to which you want to assign the counsellor |
Status | Yes | Mention if you want your counsellor to be Active/inactive. |
Edit Counsellor:
You may Edit the details of the counsellor as per your requirement, using these steps
1. Goto Settings->Counsellors.
2. Click on the edit option present for the counsellor you want to edit details.
3. A form with the previous details opens up.
4. Edit the details you want.
Field | Description |
Name | Edit the name of the counsellor |
Branch | Edit the branch to which you want to assign the counsellor |
Status | Edit the status of the counsellor, i.e if want the counsellor to be active or inactive. |
5. Click on Update to save the changes.
