New Admission


Overview:

This section will help you in admitting students in your batches for a particular Branch. Updates with regards to the course, the batch or any other important data will be updated here.


Add a New student:

1) Click on the New Admission tab present on the left hand side of the window.

2) A form opens up requiring the basic details for the particular student.

Mention the academic year running for which you want the student to be enrolled.

Date Of Joining

Mention the date on which the student took his/her admission to your institute

Select Branch

Yes

Select which branch you want your student to be admitted, if you have multiple branches present.

Package

Mention the package the student has opted for.


STUDENT INFORMATION

Select the gender of the student.

Alternate Contact

Mention any Alternate Contact number if present.

Permanent Address

Mention the Address of the student.

Area

Mention the Area where the student resides.

School/College Name

Mention the School or college name of the student.

Parent Name

Mention the name of student’s parent

Parent Email

Mention the Mail_id of student’s parent

Parent Contact No.

Mention the contact number of the parent.

Student Source

No

Mention the source through which the student got admitted to your institute.


FEES INFORMATION

Select the fees scheme you have created under fees template for the student.

Fees & Installments

Yes

Here you need to mention if the fees to be collected is in installments, you may add the same by clicking on the ADD NEW INSTALLMENT.

Add Discount

No

If the student is liable for any discounts, you may mention the % here and click on Apply Discount which will further be reflected at the total amount.

You may also mention the amount by clicking on the Rupee sign present in the drop down button.

Promo Code/
Unique Code

No

If the student has applied through any promo code, you may mention the same here.The Student can also enter Unique Code(which is applicable only once).

Fees Summary

No

This will display the Fees and the discount applied if any and will finally update the Total amount, the student is liable to pay.

Specific Fee

No

This is basically for other fee which does not include with the package, for example: registration fee.

Student Notes

No

You may enter any specific notes for the student


Batches Information

You may select for which batch would you like the student to be admitted to.

(No batches selected. If you do not have batches information ready, you can assign batches later.)


3) Finally click on the Enroll Now button present, to get the data saved and updated, if you have the fee already collected on behalf of the student’s side, you may click on Enroll & Record Payment.
