Leads

Overview:

This article will help you manage your leads and enquiries under a single section.
Leads maybe a student who is interested to join your institute, you can manage all the data and the follow-up with the student under this section.


Adding Leads:

Leads can either be manually added to the system or can be imported via a CSV file.

  1. Go to “Leads & Enquiries” tab

  2. Go to “Leads” tab

  3. Click on the Add button present on the webpage.

  4. Update form provided by filling the sections such as Date,Name and Email,contact number,Select the correct source for the lead,select the designated branch and the name of the owner for the same.

The data entered below will be recorded and kept for your requirement:

Bulk Uploading Leads

  1. Upload the data in CSV format, you may click on the Sample File for viewing the format for the same.
    Finally click on the Upload File button

Editing Lead Information

  1. To edit any Leads information, click on the right hand side drop and click on the Edit Details for the particular Lead.

Filter Leads:
You may filter leads as per your requirements to help you keep track of the growth as well as have a general idea about the various work going on in your institute.

Converting Lead to Enquiry

  1. Select the drop-down option present on the right hand side of the Lead and select Convert to Enquiry which results in the opening up of a form.
  2. Fill in the form with the data present with you and make sure to enter all the boxes marked with an asterisk and click on Save.



Enquiries

Overview:-
If your lead has submitted his/her information with you and is further willing to join your institute, you may assign the particular lead to an Enquiry. Enquiry basically helps you to keep a record of few other important information about the lead.

Adding Enquiries

Manual Adding:

  1. You may Add a particular enquiry by clicking on the Add New button under the Enquiry page.
  2. A form opens up with the required details of the person, all the fields with an asterisk present, needs to be filled up and updated.

Bulk Uploading Enquiries:

  1. Click on the Import Enquiries button for bulk upload of data for Enquiries present.
  2. You need to fill in the form to get the same updated.

Editing Enquiries

You may Filter your enquiries as per your needs by clicking on the filter button present under the Enquiry page.

Filter your record as per Enquired,Registered,Admitted,Visited,Interested,Interested.

Course Package



Filter your records for the particular package, which informs you the number of enquiries done for a particular package.

Course Names



Filter your records for the particular Course, which informs you the number of enquiries done for a particular Course.

Streams


Filter your search as per Streams present in your data.

Boards

Filter your search as per Board present in your data.

Standards


Filter your search as per Standards present in your data.

Source

Filter your search as per the source through which the enquiries are getting generated.

Counsellor / Assignee


Filter your search as per the counsellor who is handling or bringing the enquiries for you.

Area

Filter your search as per the area through which you are getting enquiries

School

Filter your search as per the school through which you are getting enquiries

Follow-Up Status


Filter as per the status of your follow up

Enquired Between


Filter as per the enquired range of date

Follow-Up Between


Filter as per the followed up range of date


Converting Enquiry to Admission:
You can convert a Lead/Enquiry to Admitted status by clicking on the right hand side of the drop-down box present.

A form for the admission of students opens up where you can enter the credentials of the student prior to his admission.


Follow Ups

Overview:
When any student is interested in joining your institute and asks for some time to provide his basic required information or the confirmation of his joining the institute, you may add a Follow up for the student.

  1. Adding a new follow up:-
    You may click on the follow up option present under Leads and Enquiries to add a followup for the student.
    A basic form opens up requiring further details of the student.

  2. Click on the ADD button to create the follow up

Mention the name of the person following up with the candidate

Follow Up Time


Mention the time for the follow up

Follow Up Status


Update the status of followup either to completed,pending or cancelled.

New Comment


Add a new comment for reference for the follow up



Working with a follow up:
You may select for a follow up of any enquiry to confirm if he/she will be joining.

  1. Click on the follow up button present near the enquiries.

  2. If the follow up is rescheduled or not completed, you may add a follow up and mark the same as pending, this follow up shows up under your Follow up section.


View Follow Up History:

  1. You can click on the edit button under the Follow up section to know the history of follow ups done for a particular student.

  2. Activity History opens up which shows you the history of the follow-ups done.
