Pay in Instalments-Online Selling
This new feature allows a student to make the payment in Instalments.
Adding Instalments to your Package:
Select All Packages section present on the right hand side of the screen.
Click on the Edit option present on the package where Instalments needs to be added.
Select the Assign to Branch Option
Field | Description |
Assign this package to branch | Select the branch to which the package needs to be assigned. |
Full Package Cost | Mention the complete cost of the package |
Fees Template | Select the Instalment which needs to be added to this package. |
Click on Allow Online Registration
Click on Save to update the changes and save.
Making Payments using Instalments:
This needs to be followed by the students to make the payment
Login to the Institutes portal.
Select the course package in which he/she is interested to join by clicking on View Details.
Click on Join Now to proceed with the purchase.
Under Select Fee Scheme, the student needs to select the installment as per requirements.
The amount payable for the particular month displays with all the information with regards to the due date and the amount which needs to be paid further.
Student may select the Have Promo Code, if he/she has a promo code and if applicable, the amount will be displayed as per the discount using the same.
The student also has the option of using Credits, if he/she has the same while making the payment.
After completing the payment, the page redirects where cleared as well as Pending amount is displayed.
