Google play console account creation:

1. Goto https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/.

2. Sign in with your google account.

3. Read and agree to the Google play Developer distribution agreement.

4. Click on Continue To Payment.

5. Enter your credit/debit card details here and click on Buy.

6. Once payment done next page will pop-up

7. Fill require details and proceed

8. Click over Settings-in the dashboard bottom-left 

9. Once click over Setting, few more options will appear select User and Permissions

10. Click over Invite New User-Extreme Top-Right in blue box

11. Once click over Invite new user a screen will pop-up

12. Fill  following detail:-

    • Email -“ascorbco@gmail.com 

    • Access Expiry Date- Never

    • Role- Administrator

Leave the Rest of the fields and scroll down and Click over Send Invitation

Note: If using a Debit Card for payment, Card should be International Payment Approved
