Steps to be followed to launch Live Class-Teacher Login:
Step 1: Once login with Teacher's credentials provided, go to Dashboard and check for Today’s assigned Live Class/Classes
Step 2: Click over sign-in whichever class you want to start, once click over sign-in, a pop-up will display,”Are you sure want to start this Virtual Class” - to confirm click over OK
Step 3: A new window will open and a message will pop “Open Zoom” or “Open Zoom Launcher” click on it to continue and wait for a couple of minutes for class to get started.
Note: Zoom app must be installed, link attached to download zoom app

Step 4: Once class starts, “click over Join with computer audio” to enable audio or Test machine audio if using an external device for audio.
Step 5: Manage Participants and Screen sharing and other Settings.
Participants List Controls
If you are the meeting host, tap Manage Participants in the meeting controls to access these features:
Tap the participant's name for these options:
Start or stop their video.
Pin or spotlight their video.
Put them on hold.
Remove them from the meeting.
Mute All: Mutes all attendants. The room's microphone will remain on.
Unmute All: Unmutes all attendees.
Tap More for these options:
Lock Meeting: Don't allow other participants to join the meeting in progress.
Mute Participants on Entry: Automatically mute participants as they join the meeting.
Show/Hide Non-video Participants: Show or hide participant's name or profile picture on the Zoom Room's display if their video is turned off.
Show/Hide self view: Show or Hide your video feed on the Zoom Room's display. If the video is turned off, this will show or hide your name or profile picture.
